I've spent an inordinate amount of time the past few months talking about "what I do." Because I'm not really a personal trainer. And I'm not really a yoga teacher. Not a physical therapist. And definitely not a "therapist." ... so here's the short version:
I help people who are hurting in many different ways get stronger, feel more connected and improve their lives.
This includes barbells and yoga poses and breathing drills and neurological stimulus and really big hugs...and I've seen this stuff change lives when people are brave and willing.
I got tired of trying to write the long version down on paper, so I just went for it the best way I know how: talk about it.
